RETOUCHING

Retouching, if needed, is available at a cost of 9.00 for the first head and 7.00 for each additional head. This is for basic image enhancement that will handle such things as eyebags, complexion problems etc. Extensive artwork such as stray hair, eyeglass glare, closed eyes, switching heads or special effects such as selective color, text, custom boarders etc., needs to be handled with digital manipulation, and can be estimated for you on a case by case basis.

TERMS

* Minimum print orders are determined by you session's day and time, and are required to

be prepaid to reserve your session's time slot. This amount willbe applied, as a deposit,

towards your final print order.

Holidays 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. 1600.

* The session fee is due at the time of your sitting.

* A deposit, equal to their value, is required to check out previews from the studio.

Previews can be checked out for 10 days for viewing and print selection and remain the

property of the studio unless purchased. The deposit will apply to your final order if the

originals are returned by their due date. (Originals must be returned by appointment

so we can give you our full attention.)

* 50of your remaining balance is due when you place your order.

* Balance is due upon delivery of completed order. (Partial orders cannot be delivered until

entire balance is paid).

* A service charge of 1 1/2per month will accrue on all orders not picked up and paid for

in full within 10 days of notice of completion.

* We reserve the right to reproduce or publish any image for display, advertising,

competition or other purposesa.

* All originals and finished prints are copyrighted by ReGaL Photography. It is in violation

of federal copyright law 17 u.s.c., section 102, to copy or otherwise reproduce any

image without permission of the copyright holder.

*Applicable Nebraska sales tax will be added to all orders.
